Hi,
Been useless with weigh in's and diet. Don't know why I fell off. Just did. Guess that's why i've been big all these years.
I weighed today :
14/03 116kg.
Luckily i dont think i've put on a lot but not lost either. Frustrated with myself to be honest. I need to break these bad habits. Been good (by my standards) the past few days so we shall see.
Been getting me down if i'm honest but it's my own fault and i'm the only one who can change it I know.

I've been away a bit and hadn't had a chance to get on some scales.
Progress in the right direction though. I think I'll be on for ~98 kgs at the end of April.
And hopefully ~92 kgs by June 1st. It'll mark almost a 25kg weight loss since New Year, while simultaneously getting stronger.
I've said it before. I'll say it again... diets suuuuuuuck.

I may have studiously ignored this thread for a couple of weeks while I fell of the wagon, tumbled down a steep hill and rolled about in a metaphorical puddle of bacon, pancakes, chips, chocolate, cheese, pies and pizza. And then vaguely got my st together and very tentatively stepped onto the scales in the hope I hadn't done too much damage. I think I can be grateful. A bit of focus and failure to eat my Easter eggs until Wednesday next week ought to see me hit the target.
