A slight gain from me this week, I blame chip shop Friday at work. Although, when i was shoveling a large battered sausage, chips and curry sauce down my throat I felt pangs of guilt...

Surprising how much water makes a difference; I've been ill since Monday night and not had much to eat or drink and have dropped 1.5kg since Sunday.

Whatever this bug is, it's kicking my arse unfortunately - haven't felt this rough in ages.

I finish at 123kg's, helped in part by a huge night out on good Friday resulting in copious amounts of vomit, dehydration and conjunctivitis...got to have been good for a 1kg loss that! Haha

16st 6lb for me.

Had manic few weeks with work, awful hours so hard to eat well, no time for any training and a long weekend away which included lots of meals out, cake and beer.

Onwards and upwards though, back on it now after I went back up 4lbs I'm back down to where I was before.

Still happy enough over all after I weighed in at 17st 11lb at the start of the year, just wish I got down to 16st as planned.

Not really the way I wanted to do it; ended up being off work all week with flu which is still not completely gone yet. Food has been minimal but I've made sure I've kept up fluids and vitamins to go with the near-non-stop paracetamol I've been surviving on.

Still, that's 13.5kg lost since the start of Jan which actually leaves me back on track. 40.5kg to go to get to my target by the end of the year.

Overall a pretty good quarter, I'm pleased with my progress. Am certainly feeling the benefit of healthier eating and doing more exercise. My target remains 85.7kg hopefully the next quarter will see me get there, I did think it would take six months to do.

100.6kg got me.
I hit a plateau the latter half of the quarter. Good that weight isn’t going back up but the amount of time I’m spending exercising I’m surprised no movement. I’ll have to make do with looser clothes for now.
Hopefully I’ll make my goal of 14st4lb /91kg by the end of the 2nd quarter and keep on track.

Bit annoying as I was down in the late 88kgs last week but I think a bank holiday blowout has probably done for that.

When's PF Q2?

Ah, the eggs, the chips, the bank holiday weekend. Still - 3.6 kg in three months seems positive and sustainable. I'll be off to the Q2 thread now. ETA - here: https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&... (and yes, I know, and yes, I've asked the admins to fix it).

Well done to all the losers on this thread. IYKWIM

Disappointing end to the quarter but pleased to have lost a couple of kg's. I'll be signing up for Q2.
Cheers
