Ha, my friend, had a bit of a bad off at the Velodrome once, so they tried to patch him up a bit and ended up in anaphylactic shock due to a reaction to the antiseptic wipes they used on him, luckily someone qualified was on hand to get him through it, but at the time he held all the KoM's on Strava from the Velodrome to the hospital, courtesy of the back of an ambulance!

A friend had similar, crashed in Twickenham, so logged Twickers to hospital in an ambulance and then home to Daventry in the car!(BTW I'm having a st week this week so giving you all a chance on the cycling one)
Nope, thank goodness.
I am not 10 and don't need the dentist to give me a sticker, nor some stupid app to 'award' me any badges, so clicked some setting in the app that minimises these things, previously they were flashing up on my watch during the activity which was needlessly distracting and so annoying.

I guess it's to compete with the Fitbit approach. Probably a shrewd move on Garmin's part.I am not 10 and don't need the dentist to give me a sticker, nor some stupid app to 'award' me any badges, so clicked some setting in the app that minimises these things, previously they were flashing up on my watch during the activity which was needlessly distracting and so annoying.

I noticed them a couple of days ago and then they seem to have disappeared. As I am 10 years old, could you tell me where you find them as I can’t see them anywhere now!madbadger said:

ETA I really like the amount of data you can get with Connect, but they really don’t make it easy to find things on the app.

Agreed. Home screen improved (I was on the beta for that) but the rest of the app needs some attention.I tend to use the app to sync and then use Garmin Connect via the web browser.

Found it on the desktop and have updated the app. It’s on there now too. Not sure how useful badges are (not being 10 ) but they don’t detract anything either.
Being a little bit on the spectrum, I kinda want to collect them Found it on the desktop and have updated the app. It’s on there now too. Not sure how useful badges are (not being 10 ) but they don’t detract anything either.
However, I don't run, cycle, swim... so most of them are unlikely to ever get collected.
