What’s wrong with my shoulder?
Discussion
Update:
Had a cortisone injection last week, it took a full 7 days for it to kick in, but last night I got more than 3 hours continuous sleep for the first time since early February.
I had physio for the first time since the jab, and while there was some discomfort and aching later, it was bearable and apparently will get better as the physio progresses and the movement comes back, there are no guarantees as to how much movement can be regained, but that is still a better result than pain and no movement!
I also have to contend with Marfans Syndrome (potential skeletal/joint and soft tissues issues), so this has taken a toll, but I can see the light at the end of the (non carpal) tunnel...

Well how’s everyone’s shoulders doing?
Another update here: After thinking that I’d found the answer with the exercises was doing (pulling and hanging exercises) it started getting worse again.
Now it’s improving after some experimentation and here’s the weird thing: I thought it was dips that caused it but now I’ve found doing dips really helps. Also I discovered doing pulling exercises really exacerbated it so it would appear to not be a problem of over developed chest muscles.
Keeping the muscles warm by doing windmills several times a day is helping loads too.
