Steady week, still 0.7 kg off, I'll take that.
Funnily enough the weight above was before I went out for a 5 k run this morning, out of interest I weighed myself after the run and come in at 97.6 kg - obviously all water weight but interesting non the less!

With just under a fortnight left the target of 95 for the end of the quarter is now looking unlikely, but at this rate i should actually be in the 95s at least.

A week of all inclusive in Spain, with probably 30 odd pints consumed in 5 days and more food than I can eat, so I'm really happy with a 2lb gain. Back on it today, and I'm motivated to get under 15 stone1

Given me some real motivation to crack on now and keep going. Targeting 82kg by end of July and I'll be happy with that.

fell off the wagon relatively spectacularly over the last month, concerted effort over the last week and at least I've not gone too far backwards - down to my lowest now but I think I'd have been 2.5KG lighter had I stuck to it

Not happy at all. Had a great week eating well and cycling daily, only to be spoiled by peer pressure and caving in to a BBQ with booze apleanty. Properly on it this week, hoping the finish the Q lower than I started.

No that's just pulled from an excel sheet i use to track my weight and makepretty charts. It's exactly 14 stone 8lb

I haven’t weighed myself for a few weeks due to working away. Trained a few times in the hotel gyms but nowhere near as much as I should. The biggest downfall has been diet though. I’ve done ok at breakfast times, having things like beans on toast or fruit and yoghurt but the downfall has been lunch and dinner. Lunch was provided by work and was always sandwich platter type offerings, with bags of crisps or a savoury item. Evening meal in the hotel I’ve succumbed to the burger or pizza option too often.
Serves me right though, need to have a good six weeks or so now as we go on holiday mid August.
