Switched up to still roughly following Slimming World, but moved to an intermittent-fasting system of eating, so only tend to eat between 1pm - 9pm. Not suffering too much for it, and a decent loss off this week.

Well I didn't managed to finish the quarter lower than I started, but I still dropped a couple of lb from last week, so I'm happy there.
