Switched up to still roughly following Slimming World, but moved to an intermittent-fasting system of eating, so only tend to eat between 1pm - 9pm. Not suffering too much for it, and a decent loss off this week.

Backwards this week, which is a shame as although I wasn't being as strict as previous weeks I was still miles better than before the diet started.

Still going well here

so that's 31lbs or 14kg in three months

Eased off on the diet a bit, still targeting 1800cals per day, and being under most days. Increased the gym to balance it up and losing 2lbs a week on average
