After some advice.
My nan suffers a bad back. She has gone from being very active, two hour dog walks over the heath rain or shine, to walking with a stick. Unable to go out for meals as the seats hurt too much. Comfy in bed watching TV. I'm not too sure what has caused it (she has worked in care homes, so maybe something with poor H&S years ago).
She was seeing a pain DR who has said there isn't anything else she can take or that they can do. She wears a brace when it's really bad.
Having seen some of the posts in here, it seems it might be worth giving it a go.
Couple of questions.
Is there a strength to start on? I'm assuming its all legal and OK to drive on (no THC if I've read rightly?).
Thanks

As long as you get one with no THC then you are fine, most of them dont have any THC - probably illegal over here for it to have it in. My nan suffers a bad back. I have started on the 8% from Love Hemp (£40ish with discounts/vouchers), this seems to work fine for me but as others have said the trickiest part seems to be getting the dosage right, there does seem to be a sweetspot for most people that it works for and you might need to use a bit of trial and error to find it.
Good luck if you do decide to try it.
The legal limit is 0.3 in the U.K. For the THC content in CBD OIL.
Without this your no 2 receptor in our Endo Cannabidiol system in our body does not activate.
To make a recovery, source Full Spectrum CBD OIL.
The benefits are really amazing.
I nearly lost my arm racing Enduro back in 2001 and was Introduced to CBD OIL In 2016 by an American Doctor.
Seven weeks later, the pain I had endured for 15 years was gone.
Still today I can't imagine how every day I worked etc with that much pain.
Today I no longer use CBD OILas it's not like Opioids, where we are a customer for life!
CBD OIL kick starts our Endo Cannabidiol system within us and this comes alive and self repairs us.
The Human body is amazing.

Might be being thick here but how do I buy some of that stuff? Can’t seem to see it for sale? Without this your no 2 receptor in our Endo Cannabidiol system in our body does not activate.

Just an update from me, I’m almost 2 months in now and for the majority of this I have been pain/stiffness and tablet free, this is down from naproxen and codeine on near enough a daily basis. Just noticed in this last week I’ve had a couple of bits if stiffness creeping in and I’ve taken a couple of tablets this week. Could be the placebo wearing off or it could just be a relatively severe episode of the Ankylyosing Spondylitis (arthritis).
I’ll update as I go on the off chance anybody is interested.

Interesting, I spend a lot of time in vegas where all marijuana is totally legal now and have several friends in the business, operating everything from grow to final retail. They do say that for CBD products its effectiveness is increased with some THC in it. I had to give my uncle there some stuff for his back and we came up with CBD vapes for him that he could take a puff on during the day, and one with THC and CBD in it for night just before bed. He's particularly pleased with the pre-bed stuff which he says now gives him a solid 6 hours sleep a night, which he wasnt getting previously.
We also tried him on some topical creams, which he didn't find to be effective.
Since then someone asked me to get them some 50:1 and 20:1 ratio drops and tablets to try treating Crohn's disease, an interesting story about it here http://www.coltynscrue.org/
My friends in the industry are all convinced that sooner or later almost every consumable product will have an element of CBD in it, even ones with just the minor trace amounts just because of the overall recognised positive effects of it (and the lack of downsides).

Ive been taken the Provocan 1200mg since March now and on my 2nd bottle;
Took the first bottle @ 4 drops in the am/pm and found it helped wonders during skiing but then realised that the bottle wasnt going to last at that rate and relieved pain in my shoulder (main reason for taking it) so dropped it back down to 2 drops.
Got a 2nd bottle and continued with the 2 drops (bottles overlapped) but havent found this to be effective at all, upped it back to 4 drops but still get the pain in my shoulder.
Will stop using it after this bottle is empty.
With the 2nd bottle, they was doing a 300mg balm/more concentrated that the pure phyto balm i had but i found the non-vegan PP balm (one of the smells is for vegans, other 2 arent) to be better than the Provocan balm

Possible daft question:
Is it legal to bring (non-THC) CBD into the UK?
Freely sold here in the US, and seems to be significantly cheaper than the UK.
I have a relative who I am fairly confident would benefit from it greatly next time I am visiting.

If caught, how would customs know it doesn't contain THC?Is it legal to bring (non-THC) CBD into the UK?

Been hearing a lot about this stuff recently, I'm interested to give it it a go for anxiety, obviously needs to be zero THC due to random tests etc from employer.
What are people's experiences with using it for anxiety and similar issues?
Don't really suffer with anxiety or similar so couldn't really say. What are people's experiences with using it for anxiety and similar issues?
As part of my experiment I've stopped taking the oil at the moment and plan to stay off it for the next month or so. I took my last drops last Wednesday. Main difference is my dreams have toned right down to 'normal' levels. I have noticed a couple of niggly aches and pains that I haven't really had by and large since since starting taking it, at the moment though this could just be down to minor injuries sustained training. I've got about a 1/4 of a bottle left plus a full one bought when the discounts were at the highest so I plan to go back on it after 4-5 weeks.
The main benefit is I am taking far less tablets (neproxen and codeine) so even if it is a placebo then it's probably worth the money and the mad dreams.
I've today just started to use some due to various shoulder, neck and back problems and injuries mainly caused by being a plastere for over 40 years.
I'm taking 3 drops in the morning and three about 6 pm after reading about the vivid dreams etc.
I'm using CBD Brothers blue edition.
The smell and taste bought back old memories.
I will update as I go on.

Had two weeks of the 300mg "Canabidol" capsules (I think 10mg per capsule of CBD) and slept better than I ever have before. For longer, and seemed to get off much quicker indeed. Not taken one for the last three nights and have been restless. Can only find one online supplier of the specific brand I used and the site is down. May try the oil, so many to choose from though.
