Continuing on from Q2!

I finished the Q on 97.8kg, but since then I've had food poisoning!

2/7/18 - 97.0

Target is 14 stone 10lb, which is 93.5kg (roughly)

Finished on 28/06 at 88.45 having put on a little. Starting to wonder whether it might have just been a dodgy reading given todays

03/07 - 87.54

Targeting 83.91 by the end of the month, which gives me roughly 2lb per week to lose. I'm actually aiming for a little more, as I'm managing to lose at the moment by cutting out the junk without much exercise, if I can ramp that up a bit I should theoretically make it comfortably.

I'm in.

Starting weight is 96.2 (eagle eyed viewers will notice this is greater than the 95.2 i finished the Q2 thread with, but I attribute that weight now to being dehydrated from a weekends manual labour in the garden)

So, start 96.2kg, 2lbs a week loss puts the target at 84.3kg. Complicating things I have a couple of celebration weekends in that timeframe and a weeks holiday, so I will put my actual 'realistic' target at 88kg.

I’m back in, starting at 90.5kg from today (actually had a good week this week) aiming for 85kg but I go on holiday mid August and the main target is to be comfortable on holiday with my shirt off. I’m already much more confident being 2 stone lighter than I was so I should feel fairly good!

Count me in.

Stepped on the scales last Saturday feeling bloated and frankly terrible = 113Kg.

Started couch to 5k and can now run a solid 3 miles now, however my diet is the issue! Made my mind up to do something about it so ordered some coffee Huel (I have nicknamed Gruel), which I am drinking for breakfast and lunch. Then cut out beer, biscuits and have reduced my bread intake but still have a good sized dinner..

Result today the scales read 108Kg!

Another kilo off last week which is pleasing given the weekend I had. Massive drive starts now for the next 2 weeks to lose the last bit and beyond.

Really annoyed to maintain this week. Was a 1kg loss on saturday morning, but a couple of days on the sauce and poor food undid all the hard work.

Vowed to give up the drink, and to make healthier choices for meals out and bbqs (making my own burgers for example)

Back at it!

Step in the right direction again, plenty of cycling, but I haven't been eating as well as I could be. Hopefully more of the same next week

So close to breaking into the 80's! Moving in the right direction, plus with no world cup on i'll be in the gym more and no midweek drinking so that should all help.

Pretty pleased with myself atm as I'm now the lightest I've been since records began..!! In addition the last 3 weeks I've been in Oz on business so even more of an achievement what with all the food / drink temptation.

Well done to everyone else sticking with it.

Not the progress I was hoping for, but progress nonetheless. Lot's of exercise planned for this week so hopefully next week will be a better weigh in.

Checking in for my first go at this, been counting calories and reducing my sugar intake since the start of June.

Gone from 115.7kg on 05/06/18

To 110.8kg today.

Aiming for sub 90kg, to put me in the healthy category, but not been that light in 20 years!

The above has included 2weeks in California eating and drinking way too much. So not too bad. And as it stands not been too painful, just a case of being vigilant.

Will check in.

Moving over from Q2 as well and in celebration of the new thread I will go metric!

29/03 112.5kg

04/05 105.2kg

31/05 101.6kg

30/06 98.0kg

14/07 96.2kg or 15st 2lbs

Now on my third holiday target revision of 92kg or 14.5 stone, which is probably a bit of a stretch with five weeks to go. Ultimate goal is around 14 stone which I was I was in my early twenties (25 years ago), a fairly mid point BMI for my height as well

I’ve been doing intermittent fasting with a 8 hour eating window on top of my usual exercise (2 x 1 hour dog walks and 1 hour weights 4 x per week).

Bit of progress last week. I'm actually within 2kg of my goal now, wouldn't want to be any lower. Approx 1 stone lost in 2 months so feeling pretty happy, but now comes the difficult part.......keeping it off.

I've reached my target weight of 88 kg from 107 kg in January.
All the best to everyone. I'm upping my calorie intake by 100-200 calories a day.

Little bit surprised with no movement this week. It seems much harder to lose the weight recently but nothings changed other than it being summer and I'm probably out and about a bit more, so i guess that's it
