I've broken my toes three times, once breaking two of them.

Hospitals have been very laid back about them, generally X-raying them, declaring them safe, and strapping them to an adjacent toe. The pain soon goes off.

The final time I broke one, falling from my off-road bicycle, I didn't bother with the hospital, just strapping three together. I carried on with my office job. I left the tape off after a fe days and, second day in, I broke it again. It was so painful, sort of like a wave going over me, that I was sick. Soon went off, but not quickly enough. Hospital were amused, strapping it up again. The top of the toe didn't fix to the rest and when cutting toenails, I could pull it away and even turn it a bit with the skin taking up the slack. Some years later it had sort of restuck itself, but at a slight angle. I now treat it with care.

My MIL has this of the middle two fingers on one hand. Has never bothered her (and there was no decision to do anything about it), though she’s finding her arthritis is worse in the two joined fingers.

As for the OP, he might make a fortune on OnlyFans with those feet.

I agree - toe looks broken. I’ve broken a couple as a kid. One stayed straight. The other set crooked. Never saw a medic of any sort about either of them - no-one sensible would have gone to see the drunk matron at school..!

I wish you a speedy recovery, never shave your head though, with those cloven hooves you'll probably find some numbers that won't wash away with Radox.
