Ask your GP for a full blood panel.
This, are you also urinating a lot? Anyway worth seeing the doc.
Even if you don't go to the the doctor (and you should), you can pick up a blood sugar test from a chemist for peanuts.
Also when you say you're tired, do you mean actually tired or do you mean lethargic or unmotivated?
I suffer from sleep apnea. I've posted about it too many times already so won't pollute this thread with it all again, but one of the things about OSA is that you'll swear blind you don't have it.
You will go to bed and wake up in the morning thinking you've been asleep. In reality you've been waking up very briefly every 2-3 minutes but for too short a period to remember. So you think you've slept but you haven't actually had any sleep at all. It also means you don't enter REM state, so you don't dream. As weird as it sounds, are you still dreaming when you sleep?
So if you mean tired as in you've been driving too long, you've had to roll the windows down and all you focus and energy is on keeping your eyes open and staying awake kind of tired, then it may well be OSA.
