Palliative care - feeling helpless for mum

After supporting and losing my mum 15 months ago being with her as she passed away, seeing her deliberate so fast due to cancer coming back with a vengeance I just want to say I hope your ok, my thoughts are with you but don't be alone. Share your pain, your never alone. If you need help ask.

I didn't and got on a very slippery slope until a friend noticed this and without that I have no idea where I would be or if I would still be here today.
