That looks good but L Citrulline would do the same job a bit better IMO. IIRC L- O converts to Arginine anyway, and L-C is the superior form of Arginine. I used L Arginine for years and recently switched to L Citrulline. It's hard to keep up with current research when you have to train as well ! I stil hae this from PP from years ago.

1000mg of Betaine Anhydrous
THey do sell it in combined form but I just bought it all separate myself, and add stuff like caffeine to it depending on time of day.
