Molar extraction

Unfortunately I had to have a top molar removed on Friday and it’s feeling much better and has clotted over fine from what I can see.
It is still slightly oozing a bit of blood though, not a lot at all and looks like more than it is because it’s tinged with saliva, is only really unpleasant overnight though.
Is this pretty normal or should I try and make a follow up with the dentist tomorrow?, I don’t remember my wisdom teeth doing that but I had them out quite a while ago now so have somewhat forgotten how long they took to heal up.
I’ve been doing the rinsing mouth with salt water thing and am not really needing to take painkillers at this stage.
