Fitbits aren't hugely reliable - my neighbour has one, is a keen jogger, ad a few nights ago it told him he had walked 17 km - in his sleep...

You have suspected heart problems, if you have any issue, any at all call 999. An ambulance will come assess you and give you the full picture. Default ambulance position will always be to take you to the ED because as some have alluded to already heart attacks don't always manifest as the classic chest pain. If you are having heart problems they can do somethign about it. Too fast, too slow, about to stop or has stopped!!

You are within your rights to refuse and as long as you sign the form saying you don't wish to travel against advice thats your call.
