Feeling extremely drowsy after not much alcohol!
Discussion
Never been a big drinker, obviously plenty of heavy nights when younger and at Uni etc, but in recent years it's generally a few heavy nights a year (Xmas party for example) with perhaps one or two nights a month where I may have 2-3 pints.
Now in my mid-late thirties, I did dry January as well as most of February before starting going for a few drinks with work pre lockdown. However, I noticed that since February I literally cannot take alcohol anymore, any more than a few beers, or even two glasses of wine and I just drop into a drowsy lethargic stupor, I never used to suffer with this.
Anyone else notice this after not much drink? I'm wondering if it's an age thing, maybe it's because I just don't drink often enough (now 2-3 times a month and never heavy). Just find it strange that it seems to be since my dry January that it's been really noticeable.
