it would be reasonable to provide a QR code as proof of vaccine to enter bars, restaurants and sports events etc.
I get where you're coming from on that but (and I don't know the answer to this) is it the case that you could still be carrying the virus and therefore able to infect others even if your own immune system is preventing you from falling ill with it because you've ben vaccinated?Poll questions are generally too limited to give any great insight IMO.
I'm 40 and healthy. I won't be having the vaccine as there seems little point. I will also likely be at the back of any vaccine queue anyway.
My parents are 70, so on balance it's probably worth them having the vaccine.
If it turns out that I need to be vaccinated in order to be allowed to 'do stuff' such as travel etc, then yes, I will have it.

I always wondered if getting the virus made people come out with blood pussed sores would they have acted differently during the lockdowns and now have different thoughts that a vaccine is on teh cards?
There was a meme going about which made me laugh, saying something like “if Covid-19 made your dick fall off it would have been stopped after, like, six cases”The Oxford vaccine has been announced as being 70% effective.
On the BBC this morning, various talking heads are saying how great this is. Dan Walker, trying not to make himself unpopular, has hinted that this doesn't look brilliant compared to the other two vaccines, which are 95%.
One answer came back "yes, but if someone told you six months ago that we'd have a 70% effective vaccine you'd be amazed".
Is this a bit like "I know my mark was bottom of the class, but at least I showed up, and look - I've done a picture of a dinosaur eating a car at the bottom"?
