I'm at 11 stone, so at least two stone lighter than a year ago.

That'll do for me.

I've decided to seriously lose some weight.

I normally vary between 14st 3lbs and 14st 9lbs (about 90kg) but was shocked to see that had suddenly jumped to 15st 3lbs (in a matter of weeks!).

I've been pretty much eating plain chicken and veg for the past 2 weeks, with the odd normal meal with the family at the weekend. Weight has started to drop but slowly (now 14st 11lbs), so have now cut out alcohol and fruit juices.

I'm aiming to get to 12st (75kg).

Well, I've updated the table, but in fact the weight is the same, it just reflects a rise and now a fall again, but I'm pleased. My target is 79.xx by Dec 31st, which at 82.9, should be well doable with some sensible eating and maintaining my current exercise levels.

Results are in- down to 68.5kg/10st 11 for me this morning, back in the day I was 17st at my heaviest! eek Best thing for me was giving up the booze/ crisps/pork scratchings hehe in 2015. I've also stopped eating bread since this summer. Works for me it does.

Bread is a killer. It’s my kriptornite. Can make a sandwich out of anything me.

Lost another 6lb the last 2 weeks. Not bad considering I didn’t have the best weekends food / drink wise.
Good effort! I'm still over my January starting weight so hoping to be good for a few weeks before the inevitable Christmas over-indulgence!
Christmas is a given for me. Drink, cheese, buffet food, nothing is of limits. I’m not holding back. It’s the most wonderful time of the year, after all
