That's a terrible idea. I think you can walk into A&E for emergency dental stuff.

Yes it is. You can pretty much remove any part of your body but it’s probably far from advisable.

Surely your dentist has emergency appointment slots? My wife works for a dentist, they have emergency slots.

Or as suggested A&E

Do not do it yourself

You could also try your doc for antibiotics and not remove the tooth

See the film Cast Away for details of how to do this. You will need an ice skate and somewhere soft to land when you pass out.

Managed to break an already damaged wisdom tooth off at the gym line.

Didn't save me from the dentists chair though.

My father did this a few years ago using a pair of pliers.
He said it was painful and wouldn’t do it again hehe

I know this will come across all 'internet hardman' but I'm not, just slightly insane... but I pulled two front teeth out during lockdown! I got biffed in the mouth by an exuberant puppy dog which loosened one and it hurt as did the (appropriately) canine next to it. No dentists open and I really didn't fancy my chances in AandE, so Google to the rescue...

Grip, push inwards/upwards, then rotate the tooth out, pulling straight away just hurts!

Is there not a specific NHS Dental hospital near to you?
They should be able to sort you .

When's the next slot? Have you tried a few different places?

Are you trying NHS or private?

My private dentist saw me during the lock downs no problem.
