Yeah I know, I take it myself. I just wondered why it was added in as part of low T. Assume then they are doing holistic treatment for all needs.

I found the wood situation improved when I started on T but it faded away so still use the happy pills. Been married 15 years, bought a pack of 8 five years ago, 7 left. Think I must have dropped the other one somewhere.

It has multiple benefits for men of a certain age but it could be argued that is the main one.

I thought I had low T, I’ve now had 3 blood tests from the doctor, 2 came back very high and 1 very low, I did a numan fear nothing test, which came back very high.

The level is 35.3, a normal range is 12-29

But what causes this, I seem to have the same problems as someone with Low T, low libido, weight gain, inability to build muscle, hair loss higher than normal.

GP refered me for a ultrasound, which I had on my balls and area around my stomach which all came back ok

GP is usless, there must be something that causes this?

Could be many things.

Best get a full blood panel done to see if anything unusual pops up.

Did that with numan, everything came back fine apart from slightly elevated HDL which is apparently some form of colestrol

Out of interest, what's the monthly cost of medication?

I'm not questioning the value, just curious of the monthly cost of meds. Assuming private treatment.

When I first saw the Endo I was sent for an MRI of the pituitary gland as this is a sort of controlling gland that influences the others and problems with this can influence odd behaviour elsewhere. Not sure if that's relevant or how you force that with your GP but might be relevant.

Seems that way, although tadalfil is Cialis not Viagra. Cialis is much better for the old pecker action than Viagra

When I take a big dose, say 20mg I get a bit of heartburn and a stuffy nose feeling, those are the only side effects. The lower dose 2.5/5mg you can take daily I dont really notice any side effects. A big dose can have an effect for 2-3 days on the Johnson though

What's the source of this range mate?

I'm on 4 pumps of testogel and my nmol of test is 11.5. I was told by the consultant this was "fine" I was told that 7.5 (when i was on 2 pumps) was also "fine".

I asked about injections instead of gel since it makes me itch, and was told i would need to have to done monthly in the GP surgery since it's a deep injection. Is anyone else on that path of treatment through the NHS and confirm? Getting a monthly appointment would be nightmarish and I really cant be arsed.

Are you still suffering symptoms with the gel protocol? your numbers are appalling for someone on treatment.

If so then it is time to ditch the NHS and go private.

Thanks for the reply.

Yeah i mean it's certainly better than it was prior to any treatment, e.g. my beard and body hair had noticeably thinned out and it's back to looking how it did. But I still feel a bit low energy.

PS to those who are on Testogel, how many pumps a day are you on?
