How do I get involved here chaps ?

Currently 76kg need to get down to around 60kg again that’s when I’m at my peak.. since having son I’ve got down to around 68kg then ballooned again.

Tomorrow is the start for me after 6 months of eating and doing nothing. Massive Chinese of shame last night made me feel like Jabba the hut

So day 4 of the second half of the year.....

I've lost a piddly amount and its not as if i didnt have the reason to train. I find excuses all the time, mainly blaming teaspoon... but ive got more time than ever and yet no progress....

wonder if i will actually make this happen.

Yes indeed!

That said, I've always been a late bloomer. I'll make target weight this year. Routine and discipline.

There seems to be a pattern here, me included, of lots of enthusiasm and then the results dropping off and or updates dropping off.

I wonder what causes this to happen?

Progress has been made. Woohoo. Finally been in a routine of regular daily exercise and reduced intake.

Great work, routine is key. We are all different but once you find what works for you, I've found it surprisingly easy to loss weight for a few weeks, than relax for a few weeks, than repeat.

Pretending you can eat cabbage leaves and rice cakes 100% of the time is simply impossible.
I've changed from cardio to weights based and what a difference it has made. I have pulled my lower back, so that was an error, but I can still do other things as I have a multi gym as well as free wights. I rushed a session without warming up properly.

Lets hope this can stay...

I'm posting this here as I know others would have weighed themselves before and after a number 2. Mine weighed 350g.

So before weigh in lads....

97.5kg today. I'm noticeably slimmer although my weight hasn't dropped much. I went to put on a belt that is pre-sized to fit thursday night and i had to take it in. biggrin

All my clothes are now baggy/falling off me, apart from that suit that's been on my wardrobe for probably 10yrs. All of a sudden that fits again hehe

As I'm still planning to lose a lot more then I'm not buying anything else and will just wear these baggy clothes as a badge of honor for a bit.
ill take some hand me overs biggrin

Week 20 of the 'journey' for me. Weighing in today at 86.9 kg. 21 kg total lost. 1 kg ahead of target. spin
That's excellent. clap

97.2kg for me. It's slowly coming down. Finally! Although, I'm less fat in appearance, I'm doing chin ups at this weight, a struggle at plus 100kg
