I've been using mine since Christmas, mostly for the cost saving than stopping altogether.

Got it from these guys who I'd recommend, http://www.uecigs.com

Juice is back up for sale. Have moved from Vanilla over to Menthol (High) Think I am getting more addicted though as I smoke this way more than I used too with proper ciggies.

The only bad reports come from the illinformed/spun media, go for it.

E cigs.co.uk or Totaly Wicked are good for supples/delivery as mentioned previously on here.

If you plan to use it a lot in public particulary indoors I'd go for a black one with blue LED unless you like spending your time fighting with everyone that your not smoking.

My e-cigs are still working for me - over two months without a fag now, from smoking 20+ a day for over 40 years

Those are really cheap - has it been reliable? Have you had to buy new batteries/atomisers?

I have just ordered a couple of these, one for dad and one for me. Went for the Gammuchi ones as they seem to be quite highly regarded on here.
Cant wait to get home and 'smoke' in the pub! (offshore at the mo frown )

Don't want to be a "pooper" but the Gammucci ones have a rep for being unreliable - I would have recommended the 901 (or "mini") myself.

e-cigs.co.uk and Totally Wicked are the UK firms I'd recommend. (TW have a very helpful forum by the way)

I'm just coming up to six months smoke free since I started "vaping". I feel so much healthier

Interesting! They are Lith Batteries which do carry potential safety issues. I would suspect that something had gone amis and the battery was permanently being drained leading to over-discharge.

Which model is it? Some of them have a "self clean" function for the atomiser which can result in them getting very hot in your pocket. I would disconnect the battery from the atomiser when not in use for that type...

The DSE901.

everytime the battery is connected the atomiser is fully on.

Ah! You have a "stuck switch" try a) blowing up the hole in the battery (screw end) and b) poking (gently) up the hole with a paperclip - that can free them up... Otherwise - it's dead and you need a new battery

They were made by a chinese company called SGS IIRC, actually had Marlboro on the filter bits as well, not sure if they're still sold.

I actually saw them for sale just last week which is why I asked. I can now have a look into them a bit better.
