2 weeks ago i had cronic jaw ache which left me in tears, a visit to my dentist(had only seen him 2 weeks earlier for check up), xray later he said i had abcess under 2 teeth, had 45 mins appointment for him to do root canels prep, further appointment booked for final root treatment next month, then went home with amoxacilon (antibiotics), now the pain has fired up again not as bad as the first time but still there, my dentist on holiday so had to go to local one for more antibiotics.
QUESTION- does this pain mean i`ve got anouther abcess, or the old one flared up again?

Most likely the original one has flared up again.

It will never be eliminated entirely until the root canal therapy is completed, because until then there will always be a residual infection inside the affected teeth where the antibiotics can't reach.

Could be pressure or irritation from the stuff he put inside the teeth the first visit to disinfect the nerve canals (can be volatile). Sometimes just removing the temporary filling, washing the tooth and closing again does the trick.

Or as above, otherwise known as a "phantom abscess".

Also when cleaning out the canals, sometimes some of the products and devises can go through then end of the tooth. This will cause localised inflammationm that is usually short term. Like bruising in the bone
