i dont find it too bad---benefit is sig better fuel economy and much quieter on the motorway:-) i plan on taking mine across to mainland europe---depends i guess on how and what u use ur car for:-)if u get a sports exhaust, de-cat pipe and go for a cai or headers id imagine the cr would be loud at motorway speeds

You don't really have to be beyond 3rd with the close ratio box either, it's still good for over 100mph in Sport mode.3rd in the old box closer to 4th in the new compared to 4th in the old which was like a fifth.....

I beg to differ. That interior is really nice in the flesh. I had a good look when the car was there when I was at bell and Coalville.
Being familiar with empire green and seeing the car in the flesh It is definitely much lighter than empire green.

don't worry about standard ratios compared with sports ratios. Mine is standard and I drive mine loads cross country (fast) and it is not an issue. I had one with sports ratios in for a few days and when pushing on fast you don't notice a big delta. The standard ratios are nice if you do a load of motorway miles.
