Just googled the mobile number, it's a trader. So don't know if actually selling for a mate, or on behalf of customer.

The s sr cars are still at 45k with identical mileage to the one I bought for 45k 3 years ago! They are holding value well.

An outlier for sure, it looks an absolute bargain.
And open to offers.

But then it gets all messy 'selling for a mate innit and I don't know much about the car'. Tell the idiot owner to sell it himself...

and that would be me, I sold cars for 30 years prior to hanging my retailing boots up, just trying to help out a friend who certainly isn't an idiot by any stretch of the imagination he just isn't into forums or clubs.

nothing to hide with the car, its actually been posted on this thread previously when it was sold earlier in the year for £23k by a well respected specialist, the car has only done a couple of thousand miles since.

Fair enough.

Just annoys me when people are selling for a friend, adds needless confusion disliked by anyone who is naturally cautious like myself smile

Yet your occoupation says ‘car sales’! If someone is to view the car do they meet you and pay you and then you give him the money?

White 2010 Evora on eBay for £14,950.

55,000 on clock. No mention of being Cat status.

Also two more at £22,500 so they make take £20k.

That looks good value. Although I seem to recall I only paid around £28k for my white one about 3+ years ago with a new clutch just done. Mileage was about 30k IIRC when I bought it.

Hadn't actually looked on the classifieds on here for a while but have just done so. The black one at £25k looks a good buy. No mention of Cat repair, low miles so if it checked out I would have thought you wouldn't lose much on it. From a dealer too....

I should imagine with parts availability and credit hire charges the smallest of bumps would render most Evoras Cat-registered so even a Cat registered car could be a good buy at the right price.

Spotted that too - are there loads of people thinking 'whats the catch' meanwhile someone strolls in and buys it

No. Definite scam.

As pointed out, listed for £31k on Autotrader.
