Some great roads in Galicia, try riding the coast road from Cedeira to Ferrol if you like twisties and the road from Cedeira/Porto do Cabo up to the main road from Ortiguero to Ferrol its the twistiest road you will ride for about 6 kms

Heading to Spain in 3 weeks with my Tuscan so cant wait to try out some of the roads.
First one looks like n623 thanks to Cabbron.
Then down to Toledo before heading over to Alicante
Then later heading up to San Sebastion before on to Santander

Any road advise more than welcome. thumbup
Road from Avila to Toledo is great ( the early bit)

Best driving road in Spain is - without doubt in my opinion, the EX 118 from Guadalupe to Navalmoral de la Mata.

Other great drive is Talavera de la Reina to Avila and the run from Navalmoral to Jarandilla de la Vera is good too

Got quite a few others but I think I'll keep them up my sleeve.....
I made a mistake when I replied to your post, Castill la Mancha only has crap flat roads there certainly is nothing exciting there, you need to stop dreaming.

The decent roads in Spain are up in the Picos de Europe, the Pyrenees, Galicia, Extramadura, the road into the mountains around Ronda and across the backwoods, but certainly not Castilla la Mancha and I drive these roads regularly for over 20 years............another really good road is through Despenaperros which is probably one of the great ones in the middle of Spain for a short burst through the twisties.
You're right about Castille La Mancha - flat as hell and boring - but the roads in the Gredos Mountains are great

Last time I went through Despenaperros it looked like they were building a high level flyover over the lot - shame - but there are a lot of radars there The joy, however, is getting to the South side and picking up the A road to Ubeda and Jodar and then Guadix.

Bit slow at the moment. Been pushing to get the house finished, and get in it this year. Then there's the boat...... and unfourtunatly, work. rolleyes

I haven't finished polishing all the ally yet. Have most of the front suspension, but trying to get bespoke brake setup sorted (See Caterham section re; my post about brakes) Diff, full roadsport cage, weather gear, all the ally panes as you know.
Just basicaly collecting bits at the moment.

Plan is to fit the H1 V8 with circa 400hp through a Drenth six speed sequential. But I still don't have enogh money. The house is sucking it away.

Look will be retro, with modern twist, i.e. ally CSR wings, with a few carbon bits. Light blocks, tillets, lamps, dash, tunnel top etc. with black pack.

Don't forget to post some pics of the westie. wink

Sorry for straying slightly O/T.
