Tielemans is a class above, if there's one player I want us to sign this summer it's him. N'didi looks back to his best too, because he can now focus on the defensive side of the game rather than having to worry about creating chances.

Maddison had a great game on Saturday, I've given him some stick previously but more of that and he'll have no more complaints from me.

We've started well under every new manager though, so lets not get ahead of ourselves. I'm looking forward to Bournemouth.

Well a good 2 - 0 result puts us 8th in the League...just about "Best of the Rest"!

Maddison, N'didi and Tieleman looked brilliant together. Tieleman looks like the missing piece of the midfield jigsaw. I'll say it again, we should pay Monaco anything to get him, chuck them 20-30m plus Silva and he'd be worth it. N'didi was on fire, he was literally everywhere stealing the ball off the midfield players of Bournemouth, a far cry from the useless player he looked 8 weeks ago.

Kasper made a very good save to deny Wilson early in the game, so fair play to him otherwise that could have been a different game. How we only came away with a 2-0 win is beyond me, Vardy should have had a hat trick!

Rodgers has got off to a very good start and we have 3 winnable games coming up, hopefully we can push for 7th.

Phwoar, Maddison Ndidi and Tielemans in that midfield again! Great game today, bad decision for the penalty that we conceded, but we also scored an offside goal which was allowed (although it was marginal)

Vardy is the best striker outside the top 6, we're never gonna be able to replace him in 2/3 years.

I'm just pissed off that its the end of the season! cant we just start again now!?!?! I have the excitement back!! also the stadium sounded almost back to its old self in the last home match

I am still not sold on Gray, great at his feet but rarely has the end product, if anyone is going to release his potenital it will be Rodgers but he needs to pull his finger out soon.

Vardy is proving he is no 1 season wonder (not that leicester fans needed any proof) even some of the top 6 strikers dont have his finishing ruthlessness, I really hope he has an absoloute mega season next year, he already is a Leicester legend but would love for him to get some more records!

you know what I love most about the whole Vardy thing? He had the chance to leave to arsenal like the others did and he stayed, we all know this is the best place for him when we play to his strengths and would have hated for him to go somewhere else and end up like Mahrez becoming a fringe player, or even worse like Drinkwater who has fell off the face of this earth! Vardys energy is just infectious! that free kick he won yesterday just sum up EVERYTHING about him (and the penalty which surely should have been a red card?) he got a free kick from nothing and now we have maddison to blaze them in!

ARGH! it is so exciting to be a Leicester fan again!!

Agree about Gray, he's just not improving enough.

As for City - best of the rest at the moment, can't be bad.

Back to Puel-ball last night wasn't it?

Not moving the ball nearly quickly enough, and not enough bravery shown from the likes of Chillwell.
Vardy very poor too.

Credit to Newcastle, but there is clear & obvious method to beating LCFC at home.

They're a decent team who defend well, especially when protecting a lead, they are solid to break down. We've won a few on the bounce before last night so no complaints from me.

Hopefully we can buy 2 or 3 better squad players who can come on and change the game, but that depends on the budget we're going to have. Fuchs and Okazaki will both be leaving so that frees up some wages.

Rodgers coming in has certainly given us a late season boost (other than Fridays result!). But do we really want to finish in 7th and have Europa League football. Look what it did to Burnley’s season. Personally I’d stick with 8th and let Wolves get the Europa place.

I'd say yes we definitely do just so we get to watch LCFC abroad again, it was amazing last time.

Going by yesterday's results it looks like no-one does!

The club have now had recent experience of a European campaign, and Rogers certainly knows how to manage on multiple fronts, so I do think we'd make a better fist of it than Burnley.

Having said that though, I just think it's a season too soon. Let Rogers have a pre-season and a transfer window, and go from there.

Awesome to see Barnes finally get on the score score sheet, yet another awesome ball from tielemans too.

Bit soft on the goals really, looks like we are coasting which I guess they're just ready for their holidays now! Need to keep the momentum going though and make sure tielemans wants to sign for us!

Excellent performance yesterday. I hope we play awful at Man City, let Wolves have Europe and City have the league. I think if we sign Tielemans we could finish 6th next season.

Go away to City and draw. Brendan can do it, the players can do it. Seemingly the fans want to lose for some reason ...

No defence like a striker with pace and I'm sure you can test City's back line - mind you, their defence is a lot better than that poor excuse from North London you faced at the weekend ...
