Unlucky in the end, the last game could have gone either way. You really only lost due to injuries.
We were poor for a long time before injuries, even with a full strength team, we were missing maybe one player and we were still losing away to Norwich or away to Burnley. When one reflects on this absolute farce of a season, a season where the champions will be soon forgotten, overshadowed by the incompetent introduction of VAR, empty stadia, social distancing on the pitch, 5 substitutions, drink breaks etc etc, dedicated football fans can at least rejoice in the Champions League race Man Utd, Chelski & Leicester provided.
I personally thank Leicester City FC for their part in this, clearly the most exciting part of the 2019-2020 season.

Exciting is not a word I would use and the BBC even decided the relegation battle was where their commentery was at West Ham v Villa. Just been listening to Brentford v Swansea perhaps the most exciting game since football returned.I personally thank Leicester City FC for their part in this, clearly the most exciting part of the 2019-2020 season.
Season ticket information just been released for any fellow Leicester fans on here.
For any other football fans reading this, they've told us that fans are expected in the ground from Saturday October 3rd, at a reduced capacity obviously. So it looks like we'll be seeing fans back sometime soon.

Scottish trials start next week at Murrayfield with the rugby. They are only taking 700 fans which is barely 1% capacity. Celtic are pushing to have fans the following week.

I reckon we'll have 20%-30%.Celtic are pushing to have fans the following week.
I won't be attending games until it's at least 50%.
LCFC are making all season ticket holders pay £70 just to keep their season ticket place, then £40 per game for each game they attend. I've got no issue with the per game, but £70 just to keep your ST in your name is an absolute pisstake.

Kante - 5.6 mil - 35 mill
Drinkwater - 800k - 30 mill
Mahrez - 400k - 60 mill
Maguire - 12 mill - 85 mill
Chilwell - Academy - 50mill or so + add ons.
Our recruitment over the past few years has mainly been fantastic. Kudos to the club.
I think the negotiator needs the most credit. Drinkwater - 800k - 30 mill
Mahrez - 400k - 60 mill
Maguire - 12 mill - 85 mill
Chilwell - Academy - 50mill or so + add ons.

Kante aside all those fees are mental.
Timothy Castagne meant to be signing in the next few days from Atalanta. Apparently we're in negotiations for Dwight McNeil from Burnley too. Finally a bit of much needed transfer activity, our squad is down to the bare bones, I was really worried we weren't going to get anyone in before the opening game. If we can pull these two off by the weekend, we'll be looking a lot better.
Going well, 2 important wins. It'll be nice if we can get a few more before Europe starts, because that's where we'll struggle with all the games coming thick and fast. Timmy Castagne looks a fantastic signing. We still need another CB, Forfana, Tah or Tarks from Burnley it'll be.
Special mention for Harvey Barnes too, this boy looks very special. Him and Chilwell could never play together and he's looked excellent in the first two games after Chilwell has moved on.
