The rioting in the High Road could help pave the way for the regeneration of the area. This in turn may push the government into giving the green light to our new ground. It may also open the way for extra funds for transport links.
I don't see this happening in the short term as the government won't want to be seen to be "rewarding" the rioters.
But, in the next couple of years. Who knows?
