Sadly no, but Chelsea is the wrong move.
I can't think of a worse job in the PL. Of course the money will be great, but, an American owner and 18 month revolving door generally. He strikes me as a decent chap, who does things the right way. This will all be lost on Chelsea, but I guess up to him....When he went something like 6 defeats in a row mid season, the club stuck with him as knew he’d come good.
There’s not many clubs (at PL level) that would do this.
Chelsea under new ownership so remains to be seen how they would deal with a bad run, under Abramovic no manager would last under a bad run like that. Under the new ownership, who knows. There’s certainly be a lot more player, media and fan pressure on him than he’s ever had/seen at Brighton.
Be interesting to see how Potter copes/handles a team with a lot of high earners and big egos who owe nothing to Potter. A lot of the Brighton squad owe a lot to Potter so trust him (and not a squad with a lot of egos) and have a good relationship hence eventually coming good.
But once (if) he goes, he’s a manager of our competition so won’t care if he fails, all I care about is my club, not Chelsea!
Anyway, if he goes, hope we get a good replacement….. At least the club are more attractive to prospective managers given setup and current position.

Brighton v Palace postponed due to rail strike.
What a joke of a football club, running scaredThey can manage to play Newcastle and Leeds whilst there are train strikes but not us, when it would have been the first Saturday 15:00 kick off at
Br *ghton for many years
Losing Potter and his staff so soon after Dan Ashworth hopefully sees them returned to where they belong
I guess Potter going to Chelsea will suit most of the plastics down there though
What a team performance.
Forget this; "Oh Liverpool are not playing well at the moment" from all the pundits and give us some credit because we outplayed them today.
De Zerbi got his tactics right and it all clicked.
Also great to see Solly March getting two more to add to his recent collection!
