First match I can remember watching.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MVuzt-EcgW0&fea...

After that I was hooked. Problem is I live in Norfolk which makes being a Town supporter a bit tricky.......

I support Fulham because my Dad did. He grew up in the street parallel to Stevenage Road (where Craven Cottage is). He started taking me when I was 7 (we lived in Windsor), and that was that.

I lived in Suffolk and everybody supported Ipswich, it was when Sir Bobby Robson was manager. To be different, I decided to support Norwich City, that was 34 years ago. Went to lots of games a few years ago but now horseracing takes precedence.

It is the nearest football club to where I was born and grew up (Walsall next nearest 4 times as far).

Check who you should support here:

Born and live in Carlisle.
Parents are both from Newcastle.

Support Newcastle, dad took me to games when I was little, promising the good times will soon be here.
Now 32 and those times look further away then ever!
Manage to see 90% of home games and love the atmosphere.

My parents used to put up young scots Chelsea players that Tommy doc signed when he was manager when Chelsea trained at Mitcham, quite often the likes of , hutchinson , cooke & Osgood would be in our house or on the doorstep, we used to get free season tickets & sit with the players wives in the old east stand at stamford bridge & often i would go to the training ground to watch them train , but Jimmy Greaves was always my childhood hero & my pop was a Spurs fan & i just fell in love with Tottenham hotspur FC , silly really being a south london boy but , i just loved Spurs & still do today .

Chelsea fan. Not sure how that came about really. My Dad was a Chelsea fan, so I think that's how it started.

Most people over here support an English club. Probably because of the state of our own league football I suppose.

Born and raised in North West London. Upon being presented with an Arsenal shirt by my dad aged 3-4 I apparently turned round and said "sorry dad but like Tottenham" Never looked back! Shameful thing is ive never been down The Lane. Shameful. Truly shameful. Based in Leicester at the moment and I will get my arse down there!!! COYS!!!

Indian, saw my first televised premier league match in the middle east..got hooked to professional football, fell in love with the english clubs and support Utd. Before they started winning!
I presume you mean Manchester United? If so, they were successful enough before the creation of the Premier League. I put it you sir, that you are a glory seeking bandwagon jumping fake supporter.

I support my home town club Sunderland, simple as that.

To be fair he's Indian. As far as I'm concerned foreigners are allowed to choose the best team smile

Started supporting the Mighty Hotspurs when we won the FA Cup in 1967. I was 9. As soon as the game finished I ran round the garden like a tt possessed, shouting the ubiquitous commentary to myself.
Did the same after England won the World Cup in 1966. Quite sad really.
Mum also made me a Batman outfit.

Having seen how badly the U21 team performed recently, I suspect you might be part of the last living generation to see England win the World Cup!

Manchester United

Because my older brother supports Liverpool.

And his mate told me Kevin Keegan played for MUFC.

I bloody loved Kevin Keegan.
