Goal Line Technology

Get on YouTube and search for Pedro Mendez spurs vs man united.
This alone demonstrates why goal line technology is required.
But that happens once in a blue moon so it's not what I'd call an overwhelming argument! Surely offside decisions more consistently alter the course of a game so why not start there? This alone demonstrates why goal line technology is required.

I've been to hundreds of games over 40 yrs with Chelsea. One of my favourite memories was an away league cup replay at spurs in about Jan 91. Gascoinge bursts into the area and Cundy flies in waste high and chops him down. A stonewall penalty to spurs. Stevie Wonder would have given it. But the ref doesn't give it. Their players surround the ref, and whilst that is going on we go up the other end and Townsend scores. Complete mayhem. They went to pieces after that and we won 3-0 on the night. I was laughing for days. And of course I've been to many games where things have gone against us. That's football, and I love it.
