So Real Madrid have made RvP their top target for the summer and are prepared to pay up to £25m for him rofl
It's insulting isn't it? Laughable even.

How much was carrol and torres again?

I think double that price would still be a bargain.
If Arsenal get a £25m offer for RvP I reckon he'd be off frown.

I don't and frankly they wouldn't have to sell him for that....he might be in the last year of his contract but given the likely competition he'd go for more than that.

Fair play to Wenger, he's turned round a dreadful start. I was one of the group saying he's past it. I'm still not completely convinced he's bought the right players, and it will be intresting to see what happens to RVP this summer, but Wenger has really pulled this squad back together and deserves a lot of credit after the stick he was taking back in September/October...

Theres still plenty of games to go, but you guys seem to be safe in the top 4...

Is that 7 straight wins now? Well done, I say that as a Spud but credit where its due.

Alot of Gooners were very complimentary (sp) about when we were good.

bounce

First half was great to watch.

What a free kick. He put that one away.

The OX looked dangerous when he came on. I think we are not seeing that much of him because Wenger is trying to control his ego. All I can think of. Funny how the rest of the Midfield/Attack have upped their game since there has been more competition for starting.

How about this for a "coincidence"...Arshavin went out on loan on 23rd Feb....we played Spurs on the 26th.

Lazy fking Russian

hehe

At least he is firmly in the Russian shop window. Some of the clubs have mega money over there and they will hopefully pay through the nose for their national skipper.

Based on their transfer activity, how much do you think Liverpool would pay for Wilshere and Oxlade-Chamberlain?

Young English talent.

£80 million for Wilshere and £50 million for The OX?

Don't forget Ramsey (Welsh but Liverpoool obviously very partial to a Welshman) and Walcott. Arsenal probably have the four best young British midfield players apart from Bale.

yes

Taking off my Arsenal hat, my ideal if fit England midfield for the Euros would be:

The OX (out of natural position but performs) - Parker/Gerrard -Wilshere - Walcott

I would look at the U-21 games and Lansbury would take the Gerrard/Parker spot biggrin

Walcott is a good a player, but he's got to become more consistent. He's been better lately, but he's just so unpredictable.

Ramsey has been brilliant for you lot this season. He's come back so much stronger and fitter from that injury. With Wilshire, Ox, Walcott and Ramsay, you have a very exciting future, as long as you can keep them injury free and as long as you can compete for the big prizes...
