No thanks, I would like either Jurgen Klopp, Carlo Ancelotti or Pep Guardiola, however the later is pure fantasy.http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-...

Not interested...........back on topic, another ste performace.
I've said it previously and a few defended him earlier in the season but Gerv was and remains appalling...............
Santos has always given me the jitters when he goes forward, but today he surpassed himself....
Santos was a fking disgrace tonight, how he wasnt hauled off by half time is anyones guess! We would have been better off with vermealen at left back and Koscielny in the middle.
As bad as Gervinho was though I fking hate Arsenal fans cheering that one of our own is being taken off! How is that really going to help?

Brilliant - great result - another example of how the Premiership lives in a bubble
British football needs a BIG wake up call - we are being rapidly left behind technically
Been like that for years mate. 40+ years or more. Gotta go right back to basics with these kids. It'll take a generation (or two).British football needs a BIG wake up call - we are being rapidly left behind technically
Remeber Puskas leading us a dance in '53 and then the Total football dream of the Dutch in the 70s... we never learnt when we had the chance.
after the Norwich performance i hoped that the players would have had a huge rollicking and would have come out with a bit more about them.
OK Walcott/Ox were unavailable to provide an injection of pace but they should have enough of a squad to deal with injuries.
Yet again they played at a poor tempo which always seems to result in a poor result. I find it hard to get to grips with how a manager/coach/captain can fail part way through a game to change that aspect.....Arteta may be cute on te ball and be able to 'pick a pass' - but so often it's sideays or back, sometimes admittedly because there weren't/aren't clear options ahead but often of his choice.
Jenkinson may look better than he did a year ago but a potential England RBack? When teh heck does he ever get to the dead ball line for a cross or take on the opposition - 1x a game?
Ramsey - another sideways and backwards player
Gervinho - must be frustrating to play with him because i imagine those around have no clue what position to take - 6 yard box, 18 yard line, goal line? His delaying of making a decision and providing a 'end ball' are terrible......
Santos - well no point even going there - defender first and foremost?
Podolski seems to fade in and out, was really impressed with him in the earlier games....Cazorola what a great buy though!
couldn't believe how long Bould left it last night to make a substitution and then one that i imagine most weren't expecting - ie/ not hauling off Santos......and eventually giving a short run out to the other lads. Gnabry has been touted as being a bit of a player and the clips i've seen of him in the reserves show he's direct.....could have taken a punt and shoved him on with 30 mins to go and given Ramsey a break......
so as has become usual for the past 8+ years - we're atleast 2 players short, and as has become usual for the past few years we've bought a striker who may at some stage come good ( following in teh footsteps of: bendtner, eduardo, vela, chamakh and probably others that i've managed to forget about).
no doubt some folks on here are better informed about spending/dividends/debt for teh stadium but seems to me that the club won't splash the cash until the board struggle-situation is sorted....and even then i doubt that Wenger has the mentality to do that. As for buying someone in the Xmas window, why on earth would he do that, i don't think he's ever done so before? and pretty sure it was him that commented in teh past that there aren't any good players and sensible prices in that window.
folks can point to Wilshere coming bacjk, Diaby, Sagna etc etc - we'll still be a striker short, no one knows how Wilshere will get on and i suspect we'll be looking at 5th at teh end of the season as a good result.....

Whilst I dont necessarily disagree with your assessment....British football needs a BIG wake up call - we are being rapidly left behind technically
to say British football needs a BIG wake up call is a bit of strange statement given that a British team has been in the final of the champions league every year since the 04/05 season (09/10 season being the only exception: Inter v Bayern).
you can probably find that as a repost at the start of last year too ... the club (in footballing terms) is going backwards, this is the view abroad and at home.
the system wenger plays is a total mess, players are played out of position, there is no natural leadership on the pitch, there is no winning mentality at management level or n the pitch, there are too many average players on too high wages, the same mistakes are being made time and time again for 7.5 seasons now and wenger has far too much influence at the club.
cazorla wont be there next season.. hes too good for the club and we are now a selling club, that much is obvious.
downward spiral... but don't let that get in the way of your fear of replacing him.
can one of you 'in wenger we trust' brigade at least put up a structured argument for keeping him?

Not meaning to rub it in, but this must be one of the worst Arsenal sides i've seen for many a year
Not meaning to rub it in....thats a repost, from the last page.So instead of giving us negatives...give us a demonstration of what you would do? Who would you bring in to replace?
Liverpool weren't happy with Benetiz, now look at them. Same for many clubs before and after them.
I am not saying I am happy with the way the club is being run completely. But, jesus, lets have a plan before we act!
