2 years ago we couldn't even beat Tamworth in the league.

There is no team in the country that have been in the same form as Stevenage over the last 3 years.

What's even better, we're a club making profit and competing way above where we should be.

Feeling shattered at work today but what a trip and transformation we've been through.

Bring on Spurs on Sunday.

...Not to mention the 3 times we've been to the New Wembley biggrin

We've fought our way out of the Conference too.

While we were there we went to Old Trafford in the FA Cup and drew.

We've been to the new Wembley twice.

We got promotion out of League Two in our first season there.

Last season we finished one point away from the play-offs into the Championship.

All this with absolutely no money what so ever, just with a very good manager who the board leave alone.

This season not so great but there is still time..

Oh and we have beaten Sheffield Wednesday the last three times we've played them including at Hilsborough.

Yep, Exeter seem to be simialar to us to be fair.
I was impressed by you lot first game of the season and I'm pretty surprised to see you where you are. Hopefully we don't just have a honey moon season in this league.

Don't be too delighted.

The Sheffield quad is on for us :P

Top win for you lot against Huddersfield and it got that tosspot Lee Clark sacked too.

2 years ago (6/2/10), we lost away to Tamworth in non league (only drew with them earleir in the season too) in front of 841 (I was there) - probably makes things worse for you.

3 years ago, we were away to Weymouth. 6 of Tuesday nights starting 11 featured in that game.

Every win in this league means something to us biggrin

Cheers pal. JJ looked pretty useful for you lot against us. We don't have much pace in our defence. Dreading if Lennon or Bale make an appearance on Sunday!

An excellent performance by Stevenage today - I may just have a flutter on them for a play off final win smile

Cheers, should have got the job done though - had a few efforts from 20 yards, usually those two lads that had the chances (Byrom and Bostwick) are pretty tasty from there - and Don Cowan really should have done better with his chance at the end. Can't see Spurs under estimating us again, but then agian, our away form is incredible. Bring on the lane.

Got to thank Scott PArker for his goal line block of Saha's shot.

Form usually goes out of the window with these affairs (hopefully!)

but i'd agree it aint looking good. Weve lost our last four in all competitions and the pigs are unbeaten in 6 in the league?

boxing day massacre anyone???

So you really believe that is relevant?

On the same subject, we are not a good team, you are not a good team, & any amount of relative success at this level means diddly squat to me. It is a joke that a city the size of Sheffield can't muster up a good team between them, that includes going back a long way.Unfortunately I have seen quite a bit of a lot of teams in this division this season, & at best we are strong. The standard of players is very low now in terms of technical ability, most are just athletes who just boot it as far as they can & cheat their way through games.
