Welbeck is st, nowehere near good enough for United
Agree with you on that one, am decidedly underwhelmed by Welbeck.

De Gea was also very poor today.

And you wouldn't sell him to us hehe
I think he is a good player but not good enough to be competing at the level United compete at.

And thanks for today's performance I thoroughly enjoyed that laugh

Well happy with the result and not a bad performance overall.

De Gay did look uncomfortable on high balls though, again. Not ideal. Although I think the rest of his game is outstanding.

Good day overall and nice to be back in second again, all things considered.

Seems like Wazza is enjoying his new role, I had assumed it was an infill for a couple of games but is this the start of what we've all been saying for a couple of years? It could also point as to why SAF didn't panic so much about the midfield

Wayne Rooney (@WayneRooney) tweeted at 10:22 PM on Sun, Oct 07, 2012:
Great win today. Really enjoying my new midfield role. Always involved in the game.

Great win, and a great first 30 mins, a wingerless period of dominance, who the hell came up with that?

Perhaps this Fergie fella knows a thing or two still!

Great game from Evra, a clean sheet aswell!! De Gea still looks shaky but so did the Great Dane at that age.

And Danny Welbeck, Plenty of time for him yet, once he has grown into his limbs he will be mint.

Yes! If that's a shot, I've spent the night with Bar Refaeli.

Google her name for the answer.

That run was just to help him get his eye in!!

Why else would he put it 8 foot into the air?

fk off pardew, van persies elbow was nowt compared to tiotes challenge on cleverly ,can the fa look at that as well ?

Whilst we're at it can the fa look at Suarez for another pathetic dive ? Oh wait they're not united ,so no need for the papers to highlight it.

Oh...my....god....

I thought I'd seen some stunning women in my time...

As for the boys, well...quite a turn up as I honestly thought we might get undone yesterday but you know what they did us proud. Brilliant stuff. I thought they looked assured most of the time, lacking width until valencia came on but they're second in the league and looking good.

Seems Rooney might be dropping in to midfield more often! He's perfect for that role smile
