Everyone wants champions league football and I think the interesting thing will be which players bail out of their club in search of either immediate champ league football or which club will spend big enough to convince players that they will be top 4 next season.

I sadly do see Bale or Modric leaving soon and it will be interesting to see what happens at Liverpool as they are only (in my opinion) a very outside chance of top 4, so how do they attract the players.

What also happens is that someone has a great Euro champs and then gets a move to a big team and stutters.. e.g. Poborsky

I'd like to see Hoilett at Anfield, but I imagine there'll be plenty of competition. Jarvis from Wolves would be another good option and should be pretty cheap.

Generally I'd prefer LFC to shop lightly this summer. Would rather we tried to bring through Sterling and Adam Morgan than invest in expensive gambles. There'll be lots of pressure to spend big though.

I think with KK's departure, whoever comes in will know there is a massive pressure to get CL football, and those kids, if they want a chance, are gonna have to show some talent in the ressies or cups on a regular basis...

No but as an Arsenal fan I know that of the four players on the list the only one who is on a free transfer is Alumnia. The others are all contracted beyond this summer.....so on that basis the rest of the list must be quite suspect. Granted the other three want to leave but that's not a free transfer......
