We haven't sacked any managers.

We only employ coaches. The club oversee the hiring of players and set the tone for a lot of what happens.

So yes, they are responsible for hiring all these never heard of coaches and the deadwood players. So a lot does fall on them.

But we're punching above our historical weight just being in the Championship, let alone the PL. As fans, we have to cut them a lot of slack.

A journo I know has some very good connections at Watford ,says the club is an utter shambles with 2 players being especially unpopular with all the other players hence an extremely bad atmosphere.
He didn’t mention names ,but there are one or two that seem fairly obvious .
