I have under very good authority that he's had offer accepted on a v nice house in Hale.

So do we think red or blue?

Hopefully a blue as he'd be a great substitute ;-)

Football clubs typically own, or have long term lease agreements on a number of properties near the club. When a player moves to a new club, the club will pay for their hose for the first few months while they settle.

STC. House sales do fall through..........

Typically takes what a month to exchange contracts ? Maybe he's just keeping his options open, he might have put an offer in on somewhere in Turin too wink If I was him with a young family/schools etc to sort out I'd spend a bit of cash making sure they when I did know where I was going I could just move straight away. What's a few grand in lawyers fees to amke sure you can move pronto when you need to ?!

If he goes to Manchester he'll go to City in my opinion....much less controversial (well trodden path by now) and the money for him and Arsenal will be better. I think SAF is just sticking his oar in personally to disrupt City a bit.....he claimed Arsenal went public on Man U's involvement...I've seen nothing to that effect.

Fergie is just trying to link them with players that he knows he won't sign by bidding below asking price.

The
Orr cynical among you may say that he's doing it because for the first time in ages they haven't sold all their season tickets (not that their fans are fickle you understand )

Blue, but we don't need another striker, realistically.

rofl

More likely he's just stoking the fire so you get charged an extra specially high price for your targets.

Well, that's rich coming from a City fan - given that half your fans don't know if they should go back to Chelsea, as they're still trying to decide if the European Cup is better than a league title.

A few years ago, your average attendance was just over 80% of your (relatively lowly) capacity. Throw some money at the club and it jumps to 96%... whilst United continue to run at over 99% full.

I think he OP meant red or blue Manchester. I don't think he is expecting RVP to be at Arsenal whatever happens, so he hasn't included it in the question.
Out of interest, what makes you think he'll stay?
I'd have thought him not going on pre-season would have been a sure fire indicator?

Neither hopefully, as a gooner I hope he goes abroad, but with Juventus no longer in the chase this looks unlikely. I'd rather he go to Man U then City. Hell I'd rather Spurs pick him up then him go to City.
