I think Phil may be selling it, as a search shows he has 2 companies registered to a house with that address.

I could find a few other houses I'd rather have for 4 million!

He's the seller not the buyer

That house is pretty damn nice, but then for 4 million i'd expect it to be.

Can't help but think that if I had 4 million to blow on a house, I might prefer to get one bespoke to my specification, especially given that looks to be relatively new.

Can't be RVP buying that - there's no mention of a Doctors Surgery in the details for when he's on the sick!

Let us be objective, as you appear to be a victim of the Taggart 'generation of smoke hoping to start a fire' trick.
Arsenal do not need to sell RvP like Malaga did with Santi Cazorla
MUFC without RvP are looking an inferior squad to the new improved (and first choice CBs being fit)AFC -so why would Wenger give him away ?
City have 2 stumbling blocks - Financial Fair Play (Panini sticker book planned for current Citeh strikers!!) and the presence on the books of a coach trip-phobic Togolese. RvP will not go to City while the possibility of having to play with Arabspaymore exists.
Expect the ungrateful Dutch ego-maniac to stay put as Wenger won't let him go unless the valuation is met.

Do you really think Wenger would let him go free next year? Or are you saying RVP will sign a new contract?

I got 6-1 on him joining City, back in May, Spotted him at Mottram Hall on the friday before the Arsenal Chelsea game. So tried to put 2 & 2 together.....

Oh well, hopefully that £20 I put on Bradley Wiggins getting sports personality of the year during the Tour De France should cover the loss.

FFP isnt going to happen, Platinis son works for the Qataris and he help facilitate the PSG deal.

Is that true? If so, it shows what an absolute hypocrite that man is.
