Gents,
This is a genuine plea to all prem fans who attend home games.
One of my mates who is a Spurs supporter and has been for over 60 yrs is in a care home, and we believe he is on his last legs. He was a stalwart of anther forum, but cannot use a computer now. Several of us are chipping in for a small hand held DVD player and we will be recording the games for him off Sky.
Whilst we can get him on the postal list for the Spurs home games, we would need someone who could buy a prog for the Spurs home game at your team and post it to us. all costs would be refunded.
It only needs one bloke from each club to say yes
Any offers out there?
Starting with Newcastle on Sat?

I will buy one for the Man United one on the 29th September. I must insist that you won't reimburse me though. I think what you are doing is great and I'm happy to do this small thing.

Hope he improves for him and his loved ones.

I think most clubs sell match day programmes online now.

Our isn't till March but if you send a pm at that time I'll sort it for you.

If you register for Sky Go then he can watch live on a laptop or ipad, etc. You get a login for 3 different devices per account.

The home wont allow ipads, sky etc, plus the fact that they have been known to 'walk'. We are considering a cheepo dvd player and copy the games off sky for him

If he can get good usage out - get one that supports usb instead of a dvd

there's torrent sites that will host the full game and you can just download onto a USB and re-use it again and again. - plus no risk of the disk jumping etc

I can do QPR Spurs Jan 12th - but you'll have to remind me nearer the time, somehow.
