Who would you rather have in your team?

5 votes don't count as I originally asked who do you think would win in a punch up but that's not very football related.. hehe

How can you say that when the picture clearly shows Bale sexually assaulting the helpless innocent Wilshere?

The trouble with Bale is he usually puts in an awesome performance once in every 10 games. It's only recently he has managed to half this to about 1 in 5 games where you know he is playing. Far, far too inconsistant to be considered the best in the EPL. (RVP proves he is the best week in week out)

As for Jack, he's still only 19 and puts in an exceptional performance every single game. He's far more consistant in all areas of the game than Bale, that's why he's my choice. smile

I don't see Jack being mentioned on Madrid or Barca's most wanted list

I suppose all those goals Jack scores must put him ahead of Gareth

Anyway Pointless thread one of these is a world class footballer & the other is not

Because they know he's not for sale.

Nobody told that tt Alves though rolleyes

“He is a great player who we have met playing against Arsenal and without doubt he can reach the height of the players we have here at Barcelona like Xavi and Iniesta,” Alves said.

“He has a lot of quality and a great personality. If I was given the chance to choose, he is a player that I would sign for Barcelona.”

Especially if they play in an Arsenal shirt laugh

Wilshere is a cracking player, definitely a future England captain, but at the moment I think Bale just has that little bit of extra magic that can totally change a game.

Yeah, Bale's good at free kicks, but that's just catching the goalkeepers unexpected at the moment.

Very transparent and repetitive if you ask me.

I still hear Tottenham fans go on about that Inter game. Wilshere does the business week after week but because he doesn't score he doesn't get the plaudits he deserves, speaking as a man who watches him every game.

His job isn't to score goals.

His main job is to boss the midfield and create goals. And he's good at it chum ,

Wilshere is twice the player Bale will ever be, and as said earlier turns it on week in week out unlike Bale. The English press might like to keep linking Bale with Madrid and Barca but as neither club has publically expressed any interest at all, it's just pie in the sky. Note that when they want a player like they did with Ronaldo they damn well make sure their interest is public.

I think you'll struggle to get an Arsenal and Spud fan to express an unbiased opinion. Both have a lot to prove if they are to fill their potential.
