Votes for me should be casted each month, then at the end of the season the person with the highest number of votes wins, that way you get a winner who has played the best ALL season rather than just near the time of voting.

Well done, Gareth Bale. Fully deserved. He has single-handedly won several games this season for club and country.

Why should he be denied Young Player of the Year just because he is good enough to be the Player of the Year as well?

Bale is totally undeserving of the award aside thinking Suarez has been the outstanding player this season. After that both RVP and Michu have had better seasons than Bale. Don't even get me started on the premiership's worst striker being nominated for YPOTY and yes I do mean England striker Welbeck.

Suarez was my 2nd choice and RVP 3rd.
