Yes we bought recklessly, but it always takes a while to settle in to the PL, we just didn't have the luxury of letting them progress to the starting 11 organically. Suarez has only been in prolific form for the last 2 seasons and achieved a more normal 21 in 44 (in all competitions) in his first 2 seasons at the club.

k-up in that case by selecting him for so many games. Surely if he'd had the sense to keep him on the bench or out of the squad all together, then you would have walked the league?

Indeed. And as that obviously demonstrates that he is a disadvantage to Liverpool you could describe it as somewhat surprising that Hornet & co have been bleating on and on and on and on and on about him for the past 3 seasons when they now think he is a bitey problem and not an asset.k-up in that case by selecting him for so many games.
