The dementia sufferers will at least have half a clue what's going on.

England. Forever picking players, not teams.

Question - I wasn't able to see the Germany game but it sounded like we're were brilliant.

What was the set up of that team like?

I know what Woy's plan has been. To reduce any expedition of a decent tournament to take the pressure off the team.

Mission accomplished.

Ten minutes to play, and inspiration is needed. Roy thinks hard and comes up with a masterstroke - Sturridge and Lallana.

I give up.

PS we've just scored. Quite honestly Portugal deserve a draw.

I really can't work out if Hodgson is a complete moron or a tactical genius.

Playing half the team out of positions that they're best at COULD be a cover. He may play them completely differently next week and I bloody hope that's the case.

Aside from the kung fu assault on Harry it's been a crappy game, even with what looks like a late winner.

Moron.

How did he set up for the Gernany game? Did he let the players just get on with it?

Because Woy. The only thing that's surprising is that everyone seems surprised.
This..I can't believe so many of you thought he would suddenly change..not matter how many attacking players he system they will play his way..
Seen it first hand at lfc he is a dinosaur and it's such a shame we are going into this tournament with him in charge...
As for those who thought we were gonna go all out attack ..hhmmm

I like it when he said 'I think we won the game'.

Bright spark.

How many players were playing out of position to accommodate Rooney? I'd say 3, maybe 4?

Ridiculous.

So Rooney didn't play against Germany and Kane and Alli were allowed to do their thing.

Funny that.

An attacking midfielder and perhaps our most skilful striker.

Who would you have brought on instead?
