I'm really torn on Jose. Part of me thinks he'd be a great appointment with his track record and is a proven winner, although his football can be a little boring at times. The other part doesn't want him due to the controversy that follows him and everywhere he goes it seems more about him than the club. Plus I fear for the youth as fair play to LVG, he's giving them a chance and they are flourishing.

Has it been confirmed ? You'd think the club would or should say something. The last few United performances have been impressive. Maybe it's just the players worrying about a new man at the helm.

somehow the owners of all premiership clubs think we should be grateful for this
What happens when you all start complaining that you're not competing for the top talent due to financial constraints? Are you going to accept that you're all partially to blame for the situation?JacquesMesrine said:

What as they are not getting the 2m they were going to get with the increases, yeh I am sure that will make a huge difference considering the 3 billion rise in tv money the clubs are all sharing..Black can man said:

It all goes into the pot. Harsh reality of business economics. GTO-3R said:

Looking forward to a great signing:- With his track record and is a proven winner (it does help having the best squad, and this current season he was more like a proven whiner, about refering decisions after literally every match).
- His football can be a little boring at times ( "attack, attack, attack" :-) )
- Other part doesn't want him due to the controversy that follows him (it doesn't follow him, it's what he creates with his obnoxious act. By the way after his farce at Real he was quite calm for the first 6 months at Chelsea, as if he learned something. But he didn't.)
- Everywhere he goes it seems more about him than the club.
- Plus I fear for the youth .
+ he's been sent away by two annoyed, winning teams at two subsequent clubs that were fed up with his antics and playing style.
I hope ManU appoints him, let's waste some cash and have a laugh.
First thing he will negotiate with the Glazers is a list of players to be signed next summer.

If Jose comes the "Man United" tax/premium on players we look at will be a sight to see as well

Am I the only one who gets annoyed at you calling us ManU? I don't know of a single fan who would call is anything other than United. - With his track record and is a proven winner (it does help having the best squad, and this current season he was more like a proven whiner, about refering decisions after literally every match).

Sorry to be picky, just one of those things that gets under my skin.

I am sorry but your argument is silly based on the new tv revenue, yes 2m is not in the pot but an exta 80m is a year from tv revenue....
But you won't be getting as much TV income as other clubs. Despite that everyone else is seeing an increase in TV revenue too, so you've just sacrificed some of it. JacquesMesrine said:

Huh? When I lived in Manchester I came across plenty of fans that called the club ManU.Sorry to be picky, just one of those things that gets under my skin.
