The Totnum fans who racially abused Arsenal Fan TV presenter, Robbie Lyle wouldn't be the same ones who complained about West Ham fans chanting antisemitic abuse at the spurts would it? Nah, didn't think so.

Neanderthals.
There are racist idiots everywhere. Although I'd suggest that one or two individuals shouting something in the street is different to one or two THOUSAND chanting something at a match.

We all have our fair share of idiots at all of our clubs.

I'm assuming that you know for sure that it was Spurs fans abusing him & not the irate Arsenal fans that were abusing him earlier in the month.

Not sure we can assume anything because Spurs fans sing "he's one of our own" whilst smashing the face in of their own fans.

In the 6 year period leading up to Abromovic getting involved, we won 2 FA Cups and were competing in the CL by finishing top 4. And beating Spuds 6-1 at WHL. But don't let the facts get in the way of trotting out stuff that makes you feel good.

Or the fact that City can't win despite their zillions.

Arsenal's lack of trophies isn't all money. With a different manager and a couple of players all with winning mentality things would have been better.

I was walking pass Robbie when he was carrying out his interviews when the Spuds started gathering around him, someone let a firecracker off and he started getting a load of abuse. I heard one racist remark.

I know he should be able to interview on the street with no problems, but I did think at the time he was stupid to do so at a NLD.

I heard a child had a brick thrown at them by a Spurs fan yesterday in the violence and a few police officers were injured. It seems like these violent scenes are common place when it comes to Spurs.

They've won 2 titles and a cup (?) since they got rich.

On the other point you're right. Leicester etc. Can't buy form.

Easy to despair but one really bad year out of twenty? This has been blown out of proportion.

Its not one bad year though is it, its been a gradual decline and stagnation due to a lack of desire to win, while the other 5 or 6 teams around us bar Man U have improved immeasurably.

While we were paying for the Emirates ensuring we were top 4 was a good thing, it alowed us to pay the stadium off quickly, but since then there has been absolutely no drive or desire from the board down to take that big step onwards that the stadium was supposed to allow us to do.

Unbelievable
I had some good friends that attended the game, they were thoroughly shocked and disgusted by the hooligan behaviour. Are you condoning the actions of the Spurs hooligans?

Out of interest, do Arsenal fans also have a hooliganism problem or is this restricted to Spurs?

You were bankrupt at the end though to be fair and would have followed Leeds and Portsmouth to the ultimate conclusion had the Russian not stepped in.

Indeed. Just as Spuds were bankrupt when Robert Maxwell stepped in to save the day.

Sorry, not Robert Maxwell.....unwitting Mirror Group pensioners.

Glass houses and all that.

Winning 6-1 at the Lane is hardly Championship level......or maybe it is. hehe

No it's just us , all arsenal fans very polite & extremely gentlemanly,

Best really if you & your good friends avoid future Tottenham games in case they cannot handle the shock & disgust ,

I am happy to report that Chelsea have no hooligan issues at all. Every one of our fans has Mensa membership, and at half time can often be found standing around the windswept concourses sipping Lapsang Shouchong and discussing Chekhov.
