Still think we're making a mistake getting rid of Giroud. He's been our only plan b for a long time, and should be used as a plan a more often against the bus parkers. Don't think we have anyone else with anywhere near his physicality.
not sign aubayamang if it means we would lose giroud...forgoing one of the best strikers in europe (and dare i say better than alexis) so we ratian an average 31 year old frnech lampost on 140k a week, who went 11 games without scoring the season when we were in a one horse race with ourselves to win the title and still cocked it up... a big portion of the blame goes to him.
yes hes a useful final 15 plan b but to forgo one of the best strikers in europe for him (even though as long as AW stays Aubayamang will likely regress) is madness!

The goalie we bought off Chelsea years ago has just made a balls up, good in his day but another tight fisted attempt by Arsenal not spending on a decent goalie.
If only they had a young, hungry, Arsenal through and through goalie to step into fill the void. Maybe someone who had proven himself on loan for a while at a big club in another country. Oh well, they'd probably just sell him to Juventus or something anyway.
Also, for fks sake. Will Arsenal win an away game this fking season?

As you say you bought him years ago, he's probably out of warranty. Do you have proof of service history?3-1, Wenger will be blaming the ref.
The really bad thing is that it isn't even a low point anymore, it's just expected.
Excited to see PEA (hopefully) come in, but there are so many holes in the team that it is hard to see it making that much difference. Really, 150 million could be spent tomorrow on PEA, a world class goalie, a world class defender (Jonny Evans doesn't count) and a world class central midfielder and realistically fourth place would still be out of reach.
Remember when we used to say how frustrating it was to be out of the title race by November? Well now it is out of the race for top four (though we were never in it really).

If ever a game showed that we need a defensive overhaul, maybe starting with signing Jonny Evans (and i cannot believe i said that) or even his Granny then this was it. Mind you, i'd rather his Granny was our coach.
Of all the nights to find the best feed.............
To think back to the back four and goalie he inherited when he took over at Arsenal compared to now, Wenger is clueless but very rich. Even when we beat Chelsea the other night in the League Cup it was only by luck Chelsea weren't out of sight at half time.Of all the nights to find the best feed.............
Real Madrid were supposably after him once, I shouldn't think Leyton Orient would want him now.
Do you guys think the constant toxicity from fans over the last couple of years has distracted Wenger and the board from getting on and actually managing the club? Instead of dealing with player contracts and bringing new people in, Wenger and the board have had to consider his future at a critical time when players (especially defence) were coming up to needing replacements?
Also, with all the unhappy fans, it seems any new players don't get any time to settle. No one seems to rally behind them when they're going through a patch of poor form. It's all just bhing and moaning.
