At this point it feels like you're just making up stuff to beat your club with a stick with.

Tottenham have never had a bigger kit deal than Arsenal. They signed a £30m a year deal with Nike just last year. Your deal with Puma is also worth £30m a year but was signed 5 years ago!

Chelsea signed a £30m a year deal 1 year before yours, but they'd won both the Premier League and the Champions League in proceeding years. So that puts your deal into perspective and I'd say it was quite a good deal considering you'd won FA around that time.

I believe I'm right in saying that the only clubs with bigger deals than yours are Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Chelsea (signed last year) and Utd.
i bow to your superior knowledge if im wrong on this one. im just a rabid wenger hater wehn i get drawn on the topic of the arsenal, it blinds me. but that wouldn't be in his remit so tilting at windmills on this one!

Cazorla has been included in the Europa League squad for the knockout stages. He's clearly not going to get back into the first eleven, but would be great to see him back around the squad making a few appearances. Will get a hell of reception if he does manage to make it back onto the pitch.

Good win against an admittedly poor Everton side. It was nice to see Mhki so involved, and Auba did his job well of being in the right place making the right runs.

The wait for 200 clean sheets goes on for poor old Petr though...

Enjoyed the first half but second we looked like we couldn't be arsed. New arrivals looked decent, good hattrick for Rambo.

Stunning first half, second was very poor. Despite being 4 up in the first half, no bloody atmosphere, again. Starting to hate this stadium.

yep got reamed on the puma deal...we always seem to...its galling when a club of spurs size get a bigger kit deal shortly after we do, given we dwarf them in global presence, exposure and support. hope we do break it.

it also doesn't factor in creative accounting, which is a simple way around the restrictions...classing what income as what is a very grey area at some clubs.

The Puma deal was good when it was signed...they paid up to get a big team. Adidas only have I think three teams in the PL and are rumoured to be strong favourites for the next Arsenal deal.

Arsenal,Liverpool and Chelsea all sell similar numbers of shirts. United sell roughly twice what they all sell. Spuds and Man City sell a lot less.

Often the way after first half like that. Mkihi and Aubameyang looked at home...

Not sure if you were terrific or Everton were just awful , Which ever one it was can you please just stop it. biggrin

Joking aside , both of your new boys looked good yesterday & Ramsey looked like a different player, There are rumours that Ramsey & Sanchez didn't get on big time & they they refused to even pass to each other, Ramsey yesterday looked like the Ramsey of a coulee of seasons ago when he was most peoples first choice on one's fantasy football team.

I was really impressed with Henrikh Mkhitaryan yesterday, Maybe Wengers style of play will suit him better that Jose's . He's a decent footballer that's for sure.

Probably just making sure they stay injury free with the most crucial part of the season approaching.

The goons really could have got 8 or 9 yesterday.

Atmosphere? We can't even get a decent protest off the ground; one of the Arsenal news healdines reads:

"An Arsenal fan protest against manager Arsene Wenger fell flat because of bad weather on Saturday."

Totnum's new training regime appears to be paying off.

highbury was rightly the library, but emirates has been poor from the get go. But that is a consequence of the tourists and tarquins that frequent it. its the demographic the club have aimed for and have done so successfully.

i actually watched us on MOTD2 as wanted to see aubs. everton were awful, but mik in particular looked excellent and aubaymang will be a constant threat. defensively all over the place still though. i hope cech is out for the season as ospina can do no worse.

real test is next week. i hate this game, as what should be relatively comfortable is so difficult. the spuds should be coming off the back of a demoralizing defeat but dirty joe lewis has been up to his old tricks again influencing officials wink. oh for the day HMRC clobber him.

at least 'hes not really one of our own but lets pretend he is' wont score landmark goal against us...he will score he always does.

and that dirty little cheat alli will too no doubt even though he should be banned.

still regardless of the result: FIOS

An utterly abysmal performance, so many players just didn't show up. Bellerin is starting to look like a real liability. Iwobi just isn't good enough for the Prem. Kos had a bit of a stinker, as did most of the others - I think Jack is the only one who could hold his head up after that.

I've always been silent on the Wenger issue, but I'm now firmly of the opinion he needs to go. His team were bereft of any creativity today, his game plan failed, his team choices were all wrong.

Thought Cech was MOTM by a long shot.

I am a Liverpool suppprter so don’t watch you often but I thought Miki was awful and Xhaka worse. Thought Bellerin was ok and kept Son very quiet

Xhaka has been useless since he arrived, how he's still in the team and why Wenger keeps playing him when it's obvious he's either way out of his depth or just not good enough, I'm at a loss to know. As far as I'm concerned he's the single biggest issue in the team as he's the one supposedly defensive mid.

Not expecting miracles from Mki or Abama as they've not had a chance to gel yet
