I’m actually a bit sad this is the last time we will
See Arsene at OT .Those battles in the 90s early 00s have been unmatched ever since.

I hope OT gives him the send off he deserves .

Yep, the rivalry with Arsenal was special. Now it's all a bit wet and at some points I felt sorry for Arsenal.

I'm hoping the crowd show him some respect today. It'd be nice.

Bit unlucky there today gents, you look like you have a few good young talented players that seem to want to play. I think you just need a strong manager to wheedle out the wkers tbh.

I thought you matched them second half man for man ,Fellaini eh ! He had no idea where that header was heading .

Indeed. This morning I couldn't give a crap about the result, but seeing the shift the youngsters put in was pretty peeved at full time! Especiallly with such a lucky header from the likes of him!

I thought Mavropanos and Chambers looked more solid than Mustafi and Koscielny have recently. Maitland-Niles did well too, but I think he needs to track back more if he is going to play deep like that.

But it doesn't really matter does it? At least, not for this season. Wenger has shown repeatedly that he won't drop players if they play badly. Graeme Souness is an unbearable tit, but he was entirely correct when he was ranting about Xhaka at half time. Lots of players in the team seem to make the same mistakes again and again, yet they still start the next match. Too comfortable. Everyone in the team is too comfortable.

'Played well but we lost'. Could be Wenger's signature over the last 10 years when we meet a top side.

I quite like the look of Mavropanos. Looks like he has potential. Then again, I said that about Kolasinac but he seems to have dipped since.

Maitland-Niles impressed.

Hopefully to be spotted by the incoming new coach, and thus the lad's career won't get 'Wengered' like so many others before him......

Match was played like a testimonial yesterday.

I wouldn't read anything into the performance from either side.

Can he lift the squad for AM or they all already 'on tour' I wonder...

Not really. Most of the time you don't even play well.

souness is bitter about 89 (even though he wasnt there anymore), and your archtypal moaning miserable scot. that said imo one of the best pundits there are, tells it like it is unlike the other milksops on sky (redknapp especially, henry too, even neville - who slates us as crap allt he time, then says the fans have no right to want the manager to go and never says its the manager who is ultimately at fault), and has been calling wenger out for 10 years.

respect to souness. getting him into the club for 3 months would be an eye opener and a rocket to many.

the greek was not a wenger buy, 100% down to sven so no danger of being wengered.

Can't stand him. I feel like smashing up my TV when he makes a comment and then seeks approval and validation from another match summariser by asking, "do you agree?"
