Weren't the bloke Greek/ Cypriot from Norwich, hardly a local and perhaps a bit backward when it comes to how normal people behave in the modern western world.
Eastern Europe still has trouble with racism at football games but they too seem very backward.

Aye, I'd ban both banana and bottle man for life and are both equally scummy in my eyes. One for the racial tones and one for the physical contact.


Back on the topic of Arsenal, has there been any rumours of what the hell we're going to do with Ozil? I'm not a huge fan of him as a player, he is immensely talented but doesn't work hard enough in my eyes. Kind of the opposite of Iwobi.

That said, I think we need a playmaker, so what do we do? Ramsey isn't all that consistent either, who have we got to sit in front of Torreira and Xhaka (a pairing I really like) and make things happen?

I'm really really hoping we can get some players in January. If not, top four might be a stretch, unless we crash out of Europe and the FA Cup and can focus on the League. Even then, I'd really like Emery to get some silverware as I think that would be a huge boost to him and the team. At the end of the day, trophies matter, even if they're 'minor' ones.

Ozil, who knows. Just looks like Emery doesn't fancy him so he won't be the playmaker we need.

So far the season gets pass marks in my book. Playing more like a team and look more like a team whilst being harder to beat too. Just need to sort out this first half nonsense.

As for players coming in I'm not sure we'll see much happening in January. What I do think though, in another 18 months the starting 11 will be a very different one with the possible exception of the front two, Torreira, Holding (assuming he returns showing the same form he was this season), Bellerin and Sokratis. Nice to see some of the youngsters getting a chance but I suspect if they don't deliver we won't hold onto them and this really is their (one) chance.

We all knew this team needed surgery and a change in approach and that takes time. It'd be a massive achievement to make top 4 this year but to challenge for the league proper will take a few seasons for sure. It has taken Klopp a long time to put a serious challenging side together.

Reckon we'll miss out on the top 4 - finishing in 5th.

But we'll get back into the CL with an EL win. And we'll lose the FA Cup final to an Ole managed Man U.

I think the last two performances have shown what a difference Holding was making to the defense - we really need to shore it up, and despite the work done by TorrViera in front of them, if they can't mark for toffee we are going to struggle till we have decent defenders in the team.

Is Holding and Sokratis the best center back pairing we have at the moment? I feel like they've been doing pretty well together, but I also can't think of the games they've started together. Whoops. I know Holding and Mustafi started together a few times.

How long did you and Chelsea take to come to those decisions?

AIUT, Arsenal have handed video evidence to OB of the suspect, that doesn't
mean the club knows whot is is atm
Personally I have no doubt he will get a life ban when found and convicted

The big asse5 Holding had was his abilit6 on the ball...we really miss him playing out from the back. Combination of injuries, suspensions and a couple of players losing form has really taken the momentum out of the team. Convincing win needed this weekend. Without doubt we got out of jail/rode our luck some games earlier in the season as the never leading at half time thisseason stat shows!

Emery has work to do and seemingly wants Ozil gone in January. Maybe that means Ramsey gets offered a contract? When you look at the holes in the squad that £300k plus could do a lot of work elsewhere.
